In my team we develop products, concepts and recipes for catering and retail. It includes everything from concept ideas, exciting trends, sourcing new exciting raw materials and suppliers, developing new packaging materials, product design, creating wholesome and inviting products for implementation and large-scale production. All in cooperation with our colleagues and all our customers.
Going to work is fun. Actually it’s the most fun job I’ve had.
For example, yesterday I had an all-day meeting with the PMS group, consisting of representatives from Picadeli, Mixum and Salico. A group aimed at developing, improving and inspiring each other in our development work for Picadeli's salad bar. We demonstrated, tasted and discussed new, upcoming products as well as reviewed new improvement projects and guidelines.
The best thing about Greenfood is that we are a big group. It provides financial strength. And that we are so many skilled co-workers. We work as a team, work for each other and are passionate about what we do.
